Luther Ocasio aka Potent.Flora is an interdisciplinary artist, and experiential designer formulating the vision behind The Bardo and Altered States. His work sits at the intersects of art, ecology, and technology which he uses to craft sensory-rich worlds and invite people to feel more, think deeper, and reimagine reality.
A pillar of his work lies in cultural storytelling to alter then perspective of his audience on the neurological level. With the use visual art, interactive technologies, and sensory manipulation the environments and art he creates are living and breathing with the audiences. His philosophy is rooted in the belief that space, sound, light, and scent can be choreographed to shape memory, emotion, and attention. His goal is always the same: to create transformative experiences that reconnect people to themselves, each other, and the possible futures we can build by design.
